new single from..WINTERSLEEP! I am beyond excited for the album to be released on May 18th and I have no doubt that the rest of the album will be just as good or better than this first track. In the meantime, I am just waiting patiently for some tour dates so I can reach the 40 show mark. wow.

filmed in Vienna while touring with the maccabees and the editors by the ‘they shoot music – don’t they?’ team back in November. Very pumped to hear that boys’ fourth album which has a tentative release date of May 17th! wooooot la! Looks like they are still deciding on the album title and artwork but I am sure that with along the album, they will both be awesome. Can not wait!!

Ask anyone that went to see Sir Paul McCartney and they will likely say the same thing. I have been to A LOT of concerts in my twenty six years and that was by far the best one and will probably top my list for the rest of my time on this planet. Besides the amazing bit about seeing Paul, one of my all time fav bands Wintersleep got to open the show. Well deserved and they did an fantastic job. Was my 38th time seeing those guys. I am a die hard.

It was the first time that I was brought to tears at a concert and not only one time but on several occasions. The first was when Paul sang a song he wrote shortly after John Lennon passed, I was balling! full on. Other tear jerkers included: something (played on a ukulele that George had given him), a long and winding road, let it be, hey jude and yesterday. Did I mention that there were flames and fireworks during ‘live and let die”..amazing! I am still in shock. I love you, Sir Paul McCartney.

still a total babe.
